The 2025 Annual Report highlights ECLT and TIMB’s continued collaboration to strengthen child labour prevention and sustainability efforts across Zimbabwe’s tobacco sector. It showcases progress in ALP monitoring, centralized sustainability reporting, industry-wide training, ESG awareness, and national policy development—while advancing stronger monitoring systems, multi-stakeholder coordination, and targeted child labour remediation initiatives, including the Mt. Darwin pilot project.
